Yes. Every plan starts with a one-month free trial, and FWA members get two months.

Does the price go up as we add members?

No. Hamlet is priced by location, with unlimited members on every plan. Fair use applies for a single site at unusual scale, and we'd talk to you long before it mattered.

Are there transaction fees or gateway fees?

Not from Hamlet. Your gateway's own processing fees apply, and they're yours, not ours.

Do I have to pay for setup?

No. Every plan includes the guides, email support and a free simple migration. Hamlet Launch is there if you'd rather we did it with you.

Monthly plans run on 30 days' notice. Annual plans run for the term, as set out in the Terms of Service.

What currencies can I be billed in?

Plan pricing displays in AUD, USD, GBP or EUR, and you can switch currency on this page. Hamlet also bills your own members and tenants in the currency you operate in, with GST or VAT handled.

Will the price go up?

Not during your term. We give 30 days' notice of any change, and if a renewal price rises more than 10% you can walk away.

What happens if we outgrow a plan?

Upgrade any time and the change is prorated. No renegotiation, no new contract. Above two locations, Plus continues with a monthly price per extra location. At ten or more we price it with you.

What if I need something that isn't listed?

Custom development is quoted on scope. Tell us what the space needs and we'll price the work.

Does Hamlet handle GST?

Yes. The invoices you send your members are GST-inclusive and carry your ABN, and New Zealand operators bill with 15% GST. Hamlet's own subscription prices are shown excluding GST.
