Features

The whole list, in every plan.

Billing, bookings, members, reporting and the integrations between them. Hamlet doesn't sell feature unlocks, so what's below is what you get on every plan.

Billing

Memberships and billing

Hamlet runs recurring billing, collection, receipts and Xero updates on the cycle you set. Failed payments retry and overdue reminders go out automatically, leaving your team to check rather than chase.

More on billing

  • Recurring memberships, dedicated desks, day passes, virtual office memberships and one-off charges
  • Cancel or pause a membership and the invoices stop with it, from the date it takes effect
  • Card and direct debit through Stripe or Worldpay, receipts sent automatically, saved cards on file
  • Failed payments retry on a schedule you set. Overdue reminders go out on a schedule you set. Both are optional and per location
  • Xero sync: invoices go to Xero, payments recorded in Xero come back as paid
  • One Xero organisation and one merchant account per location, so a group that invoices from more than one company can
  • Credit notes, promo codes and fixed-term discounts
  • AUD with GST, NZD with GST and GBP with VAT, all live
  • GST-inclusive invoices with your ABN on them, set up from day one.

The demo moment operators remember is a cancellation going through and the next invoice simply not existing. That is how the billing is built, rather than a setting someone has to remember.

Hamlet / Billing

Reliable billing, simple to manage, automated.

Bookings

Bookings

Hamlet handles bookings for rooms, desks and any other resource you list, with live availability and your own rules. Members use their rates and credits, while guests can book and pay without creating an account.

More on bookings

  • Any resource can be bookable: meeting rooms, desks, day offices, studios, kitchen stations, treatment rooms, equipment
  • Separate rates for members and external guests. Free or discounted for members, paid at booking for everyone else
  • Meeting room credits and membership credits, with rooms you can exclude from credit use
  • Hourly, daily and per-person pricing on the same resource
  • Add-ons on a booking: catering, parking, equipment, billed with the booking
  • Recurring bookings
  • Rules you set: lead times, limits, approvals where you want a human in the loop, and 24-hour booking windows for spaces that run unstaffed
  • A public shop for day passes, day offices and rooms, checkout included
  • Reminders sent automatically
  • Visual floor planUnconfirmed

A meeting room that sells itself at 9pm to someone who has never spoken to your team is the whole argument for the public shop. External bookings need no account and are paid before they're confirmed.

Hamlet / Bookings

Live availability, your rules, bookable in seconds.

Members

Member portal and app

Members book, pay invoices, check in and message your team through one portal. The same experience is available through the Hamlet app on iOS and Android.

  • Live availability and bookings, on web and in the app
  • Invoices, upcoming charges and payment in the portal
  • Check-in from the app or desktop
  • A community hub with channels, announcements, @mentions and reactions
  • Direct messages between members and your team, with support requests landing against the member's account
  • A site guide with the answers to the questions your front desk gets every day
  • A marketplace for the extras you sell: room packages, services, merchandise
  • Cancellation requests from the portal, so a member can leave without a phone call and you see it before it bills
  • Push notifications in the app

Every self-serve action in the portal is an email your team didn't have to answer. Bookings, invoices, check-in, messages and support all sit in the one place.

Hamlet / Members

One portal, one app, everything a member needs.

Conversations

Conversation hub

Hamlet gives your team one shared inbox for everything a lead or a member sends. Enquiries move through a pipeline from new to won, support requests land against the member, and email, chat, notes, reminders and quotes sit on the same thread, so nothing lives in someone's personal inbox.

  • One inbox for enquiries, support requests and chat, shared across your staff
  • A leads pipeline: new, working, tour and trial, follow up, waiting list, won, cold
  • The full email thread with each lead or member, kept on their record
  • Internal staff messages and @mentions on any thread, never visible to the member
  • Reminders, notes and quotes attached to the conversation they belong to
  • Lead sources, lost reasons, and a nudge when a lead goes quiet
  • Channels for team and community conversations
  • Calendar for tours, calls and follow-ups
Hamlet / Conversations

One inbox for every enquiry, every member, every stage.

Reporting

Reporting

Hamlet reports utilisation, revenue, debtors and leads by room, site and portfolio. Teams see the right level of detail, with scheduled reports and CSV export when the numbers need to travel.

  • Utilisation, peak against average, by room and by site
  • Revenue by site and across the portfolio
  • Debtors, including backdated views
  • Leads report
  • Staff restricted to their assigned locations
  • Scheduled email reports
  • CSV export

The report your landlord asks for every month is built once, then emails itself. Portfolio roll-ups across sites are standard.

Automation

The admin runs itself

Hamlet runs the routine work: invoicing, collection, receipts, retries, reminders, confirmations and check-in. Anything that needs judgement reaches your team with the context attached.

  • Invoicing, collection and receipts
  • Failed-payment retries and overdue reminders, on your schedule
  • Booking confirmations and reminders
  • Check-in
  • Stale-lead nudges

The point isn't fewer people. It's giving the people you have their afternoon back. Everything listed above is live, and anything in preview stays off this page until it isn't.

Hamlet / Automation

The routine work runs without a person.

Included in every plan

Nothing above is an add-on.
