As WOTSO continues to expand to twenty sites across Australia, it became clear that something had to give regarding the streamlining and unifying of our administrative operations. Once upon a time invoicing, lead management, onboarding and analytics were done on multiple programs and spreadsheets. For us this left too many gaps for margins of error, missed opportunities and revenue loss, not to mention wasted hours.

Our analytics are now in one place, accessible to all. This has led to a greater drive for KPIs and site performance. Our teams are motivated by seeing the results of their efforts in real-time.
