Are there setup fees?
Yes — one-off implementation fees apply per tier. See our Support page for details.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual plans run for 12 months.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Pricing is in AUD. Hamlet supports global currencies for your customer billing.
What if I need a feature that's not listed?

How is your pricing different from competitors?
Hamlet is Australian-built and Australian-priced. Most competitors price in USD — when converted, our plans are typically 20–40% cheaper than equivalents at OfficeRnD, Nexudus, and Optix, with the same core features included.
